Online proctoring can make exams more accessible to students with disabilities, as it can be customized to accommodate various need of Time Saving. The outcome of online proctoring can save time that could  be spent on manual supervision .

CONS:

Privacy Concerns like  Online proctoring often involves invasive monitoring, which raises privacy concerns and Students may feel uncomfortable with cameras recording them in their private space .Technical Issues like Technical problems, such as poor internet connectivity or software glitches, can disrupt exams and unfairly disadvantage to students and Discrimination algorithms used in online proctoring may have basis that disproportionately affect certain groups of students, leading to unfair outcomes .False Positives Online proctoring systems may generate false cheating alerts, causing stress and inconvenience for innocent students.  Security: Despite efforts to deter cheating, determined individuals may find ways to online proctoring systems, making it less than foolproof.
