LISTEN TO CHILDREN REQUIREMENTS;
COVID-19 and school closed impact many children mental health and well education. As a teacher it's essential and understand the children whether they are attain to do all performance after the pandemic. But it's essential for teachers to understand the children with face to face interaction. It wil helpful for students required from after pandemic. Also if the students share anything to them they would properly responded to them.
LESSON HOW THE CHILDRENS ACTIVITY;
Before pandemic it's easy to develop the childrens but after the pandemic students look the school a machine because past few years students are in network world.So teachers should have one to one conversation with them. So Develop the childrens skills by creating new education system.
PROVIDE INFORMATION ABOUT COVID 19; As a children return to school they have a many general questions about COVID 19. After the pandemic they want a protective information. Teachers are provide use social distance, age opportunity and use child-friendly. Precaution must be taken in school to reduce a risk The students also studied more about COVID 19 and safety measures to be followed
MAJOR GOOD BEHAVIOURS AMONG CHILDREN:
Teachers play a major role bringing good behaviour among students. Teachers should provide information especially after the pandemic value like RESPECT OTHERS, BE TRUTH, and BE CALM. Students must educated more despline form school because before pandemic they would not educated about these and all. So teachers has provide good behaviour among the students and make the students character brightly.
CONCLUSION;
After pandemic students look out teachers for everything because they are struggle in the education mind and concentration in remembering and conservation. So Teachers are the 'Guding Light To Students ' due to teachers are would educated the children level high . Without them education can't be happen knowledge can't be transferred. So teachers are make the children life happier especially after the pandemic.....
